Cape Area Management Program (CAMP) |
Free grant funded Management Training Program for Cape Cod Businesses, Non-Profits, and Public Administration
The Cape Area Management Program (CAMP) was established by the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board through a three year state grant made possible from Commonwealth Corporation & the Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund (WCTF).
Many employers promote good employees into management positions but do not have the resources to train them in management practices. The Cape Area Management Program (CAMP) was developed to fill this gap, and thereby decrease employee turnover, increase efficiency, improve customer and employee satisfaction, and enhance manager’s leadership skills.
