What is Workforce
Development?
Here's our definition: Workforce
Development includes all of the public and private investments
and activities undertaken to ensure that individuals
are employable and have jobs.
Simultaneously the workforce development system works to ensure that companies can find and develop the skilled
workforce they need to be successful in the world marketplace.
